I am from Thassos, i live and i work all the year there. I start mountain bike in 2000 as a hobby. Just for the experience, i start to participate in races as well from 2004. Since 2005 i start mountain running too, and i raced in seven tracks. The past two years this is my main occupation. The most important races i have participate in, are shown below:

From 2005 i co-organize alogn with Reizis Giannis, the MTB THASSOS CUP, and from 2011 the TOUR OF THASSOS alogn with the Enviromental Movement of Thassos.
