All the previous mentioned trekking and cycling routes, are offered for mountain running as well. The island of Thassos, is generally harmless, there are no wild animals or sheep-dogs. Thus, everyone can walk and run around the inner parts of the mountain and enjoy the beauty and peaceful locations.
