Trail Running

Thassos has many nice routes for some mountain running around the Ypsarion mountain.They are old trails who is been used for connecting the villages before the main road was there.Now there are ideal trails for trekking, running and mountain biking.Most of them starting from the villages of Theologos ,Potamia, and Kinira.
